WHAT'S THE MINIMUM?
All sizes must be ordered in a minimum of 96 pieces. We can accommodate smaller quantities, but there will be an additional fee.
HOW SOON CAN WE GET THEM?
All orders take between 10-15 days to complete once the approval and billing process is finished. We can accommodate rush orders, but there will be an additional fee.

In order to produce a print-ready image, artwork must be sent as vector files (i.e. AI, EPS, SVG) at 300dpi with all fonts converted to outlines, curves, or paths. The customer is responsible for ensuring accuracy, including but not limited to correct artwork, spelling, color, sizes and placement. Once we receive an order with artwork, we will email a digital proof and quote within 1-2 business days (times may vary during peak season).
We offer limited design services when needed. You will be charged a nonrefundable $100 design fee. A reasonable number of revisions are acceptable.
An order typically takes 10-15 business days to complete once the approval and billing process is finished. If you need your product sooner than that, please let us know. We are able to accommodate rush orders, but there may be an additional fee. Once the order is complete you will receive a tracking number to let you know that it has shipped.

Yes, we can print a logo on both sides. There are separate setup fees and printing fees for each side.
Yes, if you prefer a lower minimum of 48 or 72 pieces, a $1.50 per unit under minimum fee will apply.
Swig colors may be assorted in minimums of 24 pieces (be sure your ink color choice works on all Swig colors).
No, we are not able to split a minimum order between different styles, as each size requires it's own printing, screen or pad, and the machinery fixtures must be adjusted according to each item. Each Swig style will require it's own 96 piece order.
Customers are charged after they approve the design and quote, and before production is started.
They're packaged in inners of 3 and masters of 24. Each Swig will have a hang tag with an informational insert included.
