REGISTERING FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
Setting up an online account only takes a few minutes and you can begin shopping immediately! To register as a wholesaler, you must have a valid state business license and your state sales tax certificate number. Click here to register for a new account, or here to login to your existing account.

HOW TO NAVIGATE BETWEEN OUR BRANDS
Once you create an account with us, you will be able to shop all our brands using the same login and password. You can navigate between all websites by clicking on the logo buttons at the top left of the website. When you update account information on one site it will automatically update on the others. All brands will have separate shopping carts, order history and order minimums. Please be aware that you are not automatically logged in to all 3 brands when you log in to one of them. You will have to log in again if you switch to another brand. If you have any questions, please contact us and a customer service representative will get back to you shortly.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
All web orders require a $200 minimum opening order per brand. All reorders also require a minimum of $200 per brand. We are a credit card ONLY company. Payment information has to be entered in order to complete the ordering process. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD's or check payments for web orders.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
The availability of items on our site is not guaranteed. If an item is not available by the time your order is processed (typically 3-5 business days after the order is received), then it will remain as a backorder. All in-stock merchandise will ship ahead and your backorder will ship automatically when the merchandise becomes available. If the item is sold out and will not be restocked, it will be cancelled.

BACKORDERS
We only charge for merchandise that is being shipped. All backorders valued at $100 or more will ship automatically when the merchandise becomes available. You credit card on file will be charged when your backorder is processed. If your backorder does not meet the $100 minimum, it may be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY
The product must be new and unopened. If original packaging is unavailable, return may be denied. We reserve the right to request images of the defective product. Custom ordered merchandise and clearance merchandise are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return freight costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please fill out this returns/damages form and we will review your return request within 2 business days. If your request is approved we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.

IF MERCHANDISE ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING
Please instruct your delivery driver to file a damaged shipment report. Acceptance of the shipment is acknowledgement that the articles received were in sellable condition.

IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will replace the merchandise or issue you a credit. If a return is necessary, we will cover shipping costs, provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Please fill out this returns/damages form within 5 days of receiving the merchandise and we will review the damages. Custom ordered merchandise and clearance merchandise are not refundable.

IF WE SHIPPED THE WRONG MERCHANDISE
We will replace the merchandise or issue you a credit. Please email our office within 5 days of receiving the product at info@swiglife.com or contact us. If a return is necessary, we will cover shipping costs, provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.

CANCELLATIONS
Email us directly at info@swiglife.com or contact us via this form if you wish to cancel your order. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. If merchandise has already been shipped, there is a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.

SHIPPING
We typically process and ship order s within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Forest, Virginia. For rush shipments, a $25 rush fee may be requested to ensure the order ships the DAY AFTER we process it. The rush fee ONLY expedites the packing process, not the delivery transit time. To calculate estimated delivery date, add our 3-5 business day processing time to your transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 5 business days and shipped (1-6 business days) will arrive in 6-11 business days.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Our ETA is an estimated time of when the product will be received at our warehouse. The ETA does not include the time is takes to process and pack the product for shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packing, as well as the transit time to deliver to your location. If you provided an email address for shipping notification, our warehouse, MSS Fulfillment, will email you the tracking information for your package. If you have any additional questions regarding ETA's please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We require a Freight Forwarderís Address in order to ship internationally. You may be responsible for importing duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders can experience custom delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they would be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Estimated shipping charges are for domestic orders only. Please contact us if you have additional questions about fees for international shipping.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Please report any damages or mistakes within 7 business days. We will not accept any claims if the product shows signs of excessive wear or misuse. We reserve the right to request images of the defective product. All retur ns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
