RETURN POLICY
The product must be new and unopened. If original packaging is unavailable, return may be denied. We reserve the right to request images of the defective product. Custom ordered merchandise and clearance merchandise are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return freight costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please fill out the form below and we will review your return request within 2 business days. If your request is approved we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.

IF MERCHANDISE ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING
Please instruct your delivery driver to file a damaged shipment report. Acceptance of the shipment is acknowledgement that the articles received were in sellable condition.

IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will replace the merchandise or issue you a credit. If a return is necessary, we will cover shipping costs, provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Please fill out the form below within 5 days of receiving the merchandise and we will review the damages. Custom ordered merchandise and clearance merchandise are not refundable.

IF WE SHIPPED THE WRONG MERCHANDISE
We will replace the merchandise or issue you a credit. Please email our office within 5 days of receiving the product at info@swiglife.com or contact us here. If a return is necessary, we will cover shipping costs, provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
